Why don't you run a remote uninstall command?
Since UVNC uses InnoSetup, you should be able to do it with something like:
%UVNC_install_dir%\uninst.exe /VERYSILENT /NORESTART
When '/VERYSILENT' is specified, the uninstallation progress window is not displayed, andNORESTART instructs the uninstaller not to reboot even if it's necessary.
Not tested, but should work!
